Sunset Lightning Dragon

Electric or Lightning Dragon: This dragon shows up in the summer swell of storms that pound on the heated and dry earth. Sometimes his wing beats are mistaken for thunder. A lucky (and daring) watcher can see them dancing in and out the lighting.

Well....this one has made me both happy and mad at the same time. For once I worked on the background first. I used Prisma's and watercolor pencils...I love it! Then I got to the dragon. I used regualr watercolors, micron and gel pen. I'm not happy with how it turned out. So I think my next peice will be with the pencils. Everything mixed together just the way I wanted to. The dragon was supposed to be a shaded purple to give the effect that he was white, but it messed up so badly that this is how it looks now.
